We keep project terms clear before work starts. This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments are handled for digital service orders.

Project-based services

Website design, web development, ecommerce, SEO setup, content, and digital marketing services involve planning, consultation, research, and production time. Once work has started, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery and the work already completed.

Before work starts

If a service is cancelled before any planning, design, development, or campaign work begins, the client may request a refund after deduction of payment gateway charges or administrative costs, if applicable.

After work starts

  • Discovery, consultation, audit, strategy, and documentation work is chargeable once delivered.
  • Design drafts, development work, content drafts, SEO setup, campaign setup, and technical configuration are treated as consumed service effort.
  • Monthly retainers for SEO, maintenance, and marketing are not normally refundable for the active billing period once work begins.

Service adjustment

Where possible, we prefer to adjust scope, revise deliverables, or provide service credit instead of cancelling an active project. This helps protect both the client budget and the work already performed.

How to request

To request cancellation or refund review, contact us with your order details, payment reference, service name, and reason for cancellation.
